About Linnea Gandhi

Linnea Gandhi is a Lecturer and PhD candidate at Wharton. Her research focuses on improving the generalizability of behavioural science interventions in the field – “what works, for whom, under which conditions” — using meta-analytic and computational methods. She also teaches for the EMBA and Executive Education programs at Chicago Booth. Before academia, she ran a small consulting firm helping businesses apply insights from psychology and run experiments.
